Responsibilities:

  • Training manager and coach for the National Training Centre of ACAT in Swaziland(1988-1993)
Accomplishments:
  • Curriculum development for the Training Manual of ACAT's Training and Extension Programme
  • Capacity building/training of 20 field officers who were equipped as Extension workers in rural communities
  • Design and execution of 2 Community-based Water Projects contributing to the quality of living standards (esp. health for children)
  • Coaching of an indigenous counterpart to become the next Training Manager
